Nomura Code's corporate finance team of 14 investment bankers combines a wide range of professional skills and experience with an extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the life sciences sector. This enables Nomura Code to advise companies in this sector on strategic development and a full range of transactions including private equity placements, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, defences, divestitures and joint ventures. Nomura Code is also able to advise founders, major shareholders and private equity investors on divestments and companies on share buy-back programmes. In 2005, Nomura Code expanded its remit to provide a full range of investment banking services for the environmental sciences sector.
